In implementation of the directive of the Ministry of Finance / Minister's Office / Department of Women's Affairs The Womens Affairs Unit at the National Insurance Company held a panel discussion with the number of the companies female employees on the social axis (the phenomenon of early marriage and underage marriage) on Monday 22/9/2025 In it we discussed the most prominent reasons that drive some families of society to involve their children (males and females) in the early marriage project, as well as the negative effects of this subject. We also discussed the proposed solutions to prevent or reduce this phenomenon, and this step comes in the context of implementing the activities of the National Strategic Plan for Iraqi Women (2023-2030) Set by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
