With the National Insurance Company participating for the second day in the First Insurance Conference in Iraq, held from September 3-4, 2025, the discussion sessions continued, addressing important topics in the insurance sector. The most prominent topics were: 1- Developing corporate insurance solutions for startups in Iraq. 2- Energy insurance: From traditional insurance to advanced contemporary solutions. 3- Insurance strategies for energy projects in Iraq. The sessions witnessed an exchange of views and ideas between specialists and experts, contributing to strengthening the insurance sector and developing its tools to meet the needs of the Iraqi market. The conference concluded with several recommendations aimed at developing the insurance sector in Iraq by enhancing cooperation between national and foreign insurance companies, adopting modern digital solutions in document management and insurance services, supporting energy projects through advanced insurance mechanisms, and working to spread insurance awareness among various segments of society, ensuring the expansion of the beneficiary base and achieving sustainable growth for this vital sector.
