In cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Department of the Office of the Minister of Finance, the National Insurance Company held a symposium on women’s empowerment on Thursday, 11/16/2023, at the company’s headquarters. It addressed the definition of the goals and tasks of the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the company and explained the idea and concept of empowerment and ways to help them, which gives them the ability To make the decision and what challenges we face to enable it to overcome these obstacles to reach the position it deserves. The symposium was attended by a group of company employees and included some interventions on the topic.
