Ms. Inas Fouad Najib / General Manager of the National Insurance Company conducted a field tour of the compulsory car insurance branch on Sunday, 10/5/2025, in order to follow up the progress of work and review the mechanism of completing citizens' transactions directly. During the visit, I met with a number of reviewers and listened to their observations and suggestions regarding the services provided by the branch, stressing the company's keenness to facilitate procedures and improve the quality of service to ensure the comfort of the citizen and the speed of completing his transactions. The Director General met with the branch manager and a number of employees, where they discussed the reality of daily work and the most prominent challenges facing employees during the provision of service to reviewers. She also reviewed the procedures and mechanism for disbursing compensation in accordance with the approved controls. This tour is part of a series of field visits conducted by the company's management to follow up the work of the company's branches and enhance direct communication with employees and reviewers
